freelance Redesign Website FLASH or XML (NYC)

I have an existing website, I am more than glad to show you the existing site.
The existing is over 3 years old.
I do not want to post it publically.
I need a new site done.
This is for a nightclub that is moving.
the old site is old. We do not want it "redone: we want a completely new website.
It needs to have multiple aspects.
A weekly events page.
Past events.
Photo gallery.
Electronic Press Kit.
I will say that we are looking for someone who can deal with constructive critism. I am NOT going to work with someone who thinks they know what I want. And someone who can work on this project with a specific timeline in place. that can be explained in person.
I would be interested in meeting with you and showing you what I have and seeing your past work, portfolio, etc.
